Seller Declaration #
By registering a brand or listing a product on LX INDIA, the seller confirms that the information provided regarding the product and its brand is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading.
The seller confirms that it has the necessary ownership, authorization, or other lawful right to use the brand name, trademark, logo, or other intellectual property represented in the listing. The seller also confirms that the products offered for sale do not knowingly infringe the intellectual property rights of another person or entity.
The seller further confirms that all documents submitted to LX INDIA, including brand declarations, invoices, authorization documents, trademark documents, and other supporting records, are genuine, valid, and accurate.
The seller acknowledges that it remains responsible for complying with this Policy throughout the period during which the relevant products are listed or sold on LX INDIA.
