All sellers must comply with applicable intellectual property laws and ensure that their products and listings do not infringe the rights of any third party.
Any complaint, dispute, or claim relating to trademarks, brand ownership, counterfeit products, unauthorized products, or other intellectual property matters will be handled in accordance with LX INDIA’s applicable policies, seller terms, and the laws of India.
Nothing in this Policy limits any rights or remedies available to LX INDIA, sellers, brand owners, customers, or other affected parties under applicable law.
