Labelling and Packaging Compliance #
In addition to the packaging requirements set out in this Policy, the Seller shall ensure that every product complies with all applicable labelling, marking, packaging, and disclosure requirements prescribed under applicable laws, including but not limited to the Legal Metrology Act, 2009, the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016, and any other applicable legislation.
The Seller shall remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements applicable to the Products.
