Right to Cancel Orders #
LX INDIA may cancel, restrict, reject, or prevent the fulfilment of an order where LX INDIA reasonably determines that cancellation is necessary or appropriate for operational, commercial, security, compliance, customer protection, payment, or other legitimate reasons.
Such cancellation may occur due to, including but not limited to:
(a) Seller unavailability, inactivity, suspension, or inability to fulfil the order;
(b) fraudulent, suspicious, abnormal, or potentially unauthorised Buyer activity;
(c) product quality, authenticity, safety, compliance, or regulatory concerns;
(d) payment processing failure, payment reversal, chargeback risk, or other payment-related issues;
(e) violation of Platform policies, Seller policies, applicable laws, or contractual requirements;
(f) unusually high return, cancellation, complaint, or defect rates associated with a product or Seller;
(g) technical, logistical, operational, or Platform-related issues; or
(h) any other circumstances in which LX INDIA reasonably considers cancellation necessary to protect Buyers, Sellers, LX INDIA, payment partners, logistics partners, or the integrity of the Platform.
Cancellation Notification #
Where an order is cancelled by LX INDIA or through the Platform, LX INDIA may notify the Seller and Buyer through the registered email address, Seller Portal.
Allocation of Gateway Charges
Where an order is cancelled, any applicable payment gateway, or related charges may be allocated based on the reason and responsibility for the cancellation, subject to the applicable commercial arrangements with payment service providers.
The indicative allocation shall be as follows:

The above allocation may be modified where required by the terms of the applicable payment gateway, banking partner, legal requirement, or circumstances of the transaction.
